Cancellation and Service Fees
$45 fee for cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled service.
$45 fee if there is no working water source upon our arrival.
On the Day of Service
Ensure exterior water spigot is accessible and activated.
Avoid using water during service.
Ensure windows and doors are tightly shut.
Keep children and pets indoors.
Remove dog droppings, house decorations, bird feeders, flags, and doormats from work areas.
Turn off outside electrical outlets and fixtures at the breaker box.
Liability and Damage
We are not liable for water damage due to poor installation, maintenance, or repair of property components.
Our technicians will document existing property damage before starting work.
Clients must ensure their property is in good condition before we provide services.
Acknowledgements
House/Building Wash: We use sodium hypochlorite for effective cleaning. High temperatures may affect plants.
Concrete Cleaning: Rust and oil stains may not be completely removable.
Roof Cleaning: Organic growth removal may take 6-8 weeks, browned grass may occur near downspouts.
Agreement/Acceptance
Acceptance of estimate implies acceptance of terms and conditions.
Report any property damage within 48 hours of service completion.
