WOW!!! Simon came to the house to wash windows. He dutifully did a superb job of both inside and outside glass. Not a streak in sight... not even a dust or water spot. Simon really doesn't miss a spot! On top of all this, he climbed on the roof to check eaves and drainage. He reported that the roof was in great shape, however, there were no eaves drain/strainers on the top of the down pipes. He headed off to the store, bought some hardware and fixed our eaves drainage problem before I could blink. Simon's attention to detail & commitment to "job one" are unique and quite refreshing in this age of routine sloppy workmanship. Give Simon a call, he will not let you down!

We are very happy with the work of OKGN Soft Wash. Simon cleaned our carpets, checking them and redoing any spot he thought wasn't completely cleaned. He used a rotary brush on the thicker carpets, rather than the wand, and it agitated deep into the carpet to pull out old stains. He also did our sofa and truck seats, which came out really nicely. While cleaning the windows, he noticed some moss on our roof and also addressed that. The whole house has benefited from his visit and we will definitely be calling him when we need maintenance work again.

OKGN Soft Wash was very professional and quick. He answered all my questions before starting. I was mainly concerned about my plants around the house but he reassured me he pre-sprays the plants with water and that there will be no signs of damage to the plants. He was right, after everything was done the plants looked the same.

I was just getting the siding cleaned and that was it. The house itself had quite a bit of fungus or mold growing on it. The wash cleaned all of that off and it looks brand new! I also had peace of mind that all the allergens were all cleaned off and away from the house.
